With it being fashion month and all, I’ll be the first person to admit that I haven’t been on my scrolling A game. My normal hours of daily online shopping—for you, not me—have lately been used for looking through spring/summer 2024 collections and studying every inch of them to determine next year’s trends. But I’m back now, and after six long hours of toggling between new shoes, coats, denim, dresses, accessories, and more on Nordstrom.com, my return to form has the perfect thing to show for it: an exhaustive and tremendously tempting shopping list for the season ahead

From the Sofia Richie Grainge–approved shoulder bag that’s selling out as we speak to the restocked Uggs that you’ll be forced to pay double for on eBay or Poshmark if you don’t act fast, the 39 pieces below cover all price points, occasions, and weather conditions. What they do have in common? They’re all absolutely necessary for a season of chic dressing. Without further ado, scroll down to shop the end-all, be-all fall Nordstrom shopping list I spent an entire workday curating.

Though I’ll never say no to a pair of black sunnies, this tortoiseshell pair feels very ’90s chic to me right now.

A standard trench is absolutely essential for fall, but if you want a slightly upgraded alternative every now and then, dare I suggest this gorgeous, eggplant-colored style from ASOS?

If your fall outfit is ever erring on the boring side, trade out your white tee or tank with this gold one, and it’ll immediately become exciting.

Whenever I don’t know what to wear, I throw on a tailored maxi with some sort of basic top or sweater and some fun kitten heels. Done.

I want the Saint Laurent patent-leather slingbacks, too, but after the damage I’ve done in the last few weeks, I can’t swing them. I can, however, afford this equally chic pair from Sam Edelman.

Anytime you need a comfy yet put-together outfit, grab this polo knit and some dark-wash jeans.

For layering purposes and wearing solo depending on the weather.

See? There’s nothing about low-rise jeans that you should be scared of.

Sofia Richie Grainge is single-handedly selling out the studded version of this Khaite bag.

I just know the Copenhagen and Stockholm girls will be all over this dress.

They’re baaaack.

If it’s a jacket with a built-in scarf, I want it—period.

Ever since I spotted them on the runway at Saint Laurent’s fall show, I’ve been exclusively shopping for thin, large hoops rather than small, chunky ones.

The styling possibilities are endless.

An office skirt I can get behind.

Remember that viral Khaite bomber with the shearling collar from last winter? Here’s an alt for less than $250 that’s actually in stock. You’re welcome.

I’ve been drooling over navy lately.

And suede handbags.

A plastic tortoiseshell headband will always make me think of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.

This halter dress doesn’t just live rent free in my brain. I actually pay it to reside there.

The golden touch.

Can you tell I’m in my halter era?

This denim jacket just has the *perfect* level of slouch to it.

All I want to do as I write this caption is snuggle up in this collared sweater. Literally, I can’t think about anything else.

Just easy.

How good are these & Other Stories trousers?

Oh, a pair of ’90s-inspired knee-high boots? Shocker.

Fall essentials on sale—don’t tempt me with a good time.

How pretty is this midi skirt? (Too pretty is the only acceptable answer.)

Jenny Bird’s new baubles have every WWW editor in a choke hold.

The perfect touch of red.

I have about 100 white T-shirts, yet I legit *need* this one.

The perfect pair of fall puddle pants, found.

I’m heading to Milan in a few days, and these Prada pumps are at the top of my Italian shopping list.

A simply perfect piece of outerwear.

I never knew a scarf could have such a big effect on me until I saw this one.

A good belt has the power to make any outfit chic.

My closet to me every autumn: “More Levi’s, please!”

These $60 Mary Janes are making the rounds on TikTok, and I can 100% see why.
