The railways authorities of Turkiye, China, Australia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan recently agreed to create the Eurasian Transport Route International Association with its headquarters in Baku.
The collegial body was necessary to make the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route more attractive and competitive, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC chairman Rovshan Rustamov said.
