The European Union (EU) has notified the Mercosur bloc of the instrument of provisional application for the EU-Mercosur interim Trade Agreement (iTA).
The deal will apply from May 1 for members completing ratification and notifying the EU by March-end.
Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay have done so, while Paraguay has ratified and is expected to notify soon.
