What to wear with leggings has always been pretty obvious, to be honest. But the ways to keep them interesting and fresh season after season are less so. Hence the reason I’m here with a 2022 leggings update for you, featuring the pilates-going celebrities of Los Angeles. 

By now, savvy paparazzi have figured out that pilates studios like Forma Pilates and Hot Pilates in West Hollywood are regularly frequented by celebs like Kendall Jenner, Eiza Gonzalez, and Kaia Gerber. For us, that means lots of celebrity legging outfit photos for us to see as they go to and from the studios. 

I’ve been taking mental notes of these outfits and there have been some standout features. Specifically, I’ve been paying attention to what current trends these stylish pilates-goers have chosen to wear. Sweatshirts and leggings have always gone hand in hand, but this season it’s all about half-zip sweatshirts. The combination come across as sporty and preppy, with a dash of Princess Diana in the ’90s.
