Ever since TikTok took over the world—my world—I’ve been obsessed with one thing and one thing only: finding viral trends early enough that I can actually buy them. Skims’s body-con maxi dress? Secured. Rhode’s Peptide Lip Treatment? Bought in every flavor. J.Crew boxers? Worn almost an alarming number of times. It’s become like a game for me, one I don’t plan on losing any time soon.

My latest viral conquest has pretty much become a resident of my FYP at this point after being featured in nearly every video that popped up this week. Yet many of the colors and similar styles available are still miraculously in stock. The item I’m talking about is Melie Bianco’s Brigitte Satchel, a $128 braided, slouchy tote bag from Anthropologie that many creators on the app are already calling their 2023 go-to bag. Popular for its Bottega Veneta–inspired appearance and practical size (according to @rabsraja, it even fits an iPad Pro), the relaxed shoulder bag is fast on its way to becoming a household name.

Equally popular is Anthropologie’s take on the braided-leather trend, a mini woven bag called the Inez, which is $90 and available in a handful of covetable colors. “This beautiful bag is the definition of an outfit-maker,” my co-worker Anna LaPlaca, who owns the bag, told me. “The combination of the woven texture and burgundy hue make anything I wear it with appear ultra-luxe. Plus, it’s sized just right to carry from sunup to sundown.”

How gorgeous is this shade of green?

A pillow on the go.

This faux leather is buttery soft.

From daytime shoulder bag to evening clutch.

The perfect case for all your essentials, from lipstick to quarters.

The cutest pouch out there.

I needed this one, like, yesterday.

Your new toiletry bag, found.

These camera bag–style crossbodies are so versatile and easy.

Excuse my drooling.

The slouchier, the better if you ask me.

Small but mighty.

Now that we’re all headed back to the office, a chic laptop bag is a must.

They weren’t kidding when they said carryall.
