China’s goods imports and exports increased by 6.2 per cent year-on-year in yuan terms during the first seven months of 2024.
Exports grew by 6.7 per cent, while imports increased by 5.4 per cent.
In US dollar terms, the country’s total trade reached $3.5 trillion in January-July 2024, with a trade surplus expanding by 7.9 per cent to $518 billion.
