Dutch manufacturing confidence improved slightly in August 2024, rising from minus 2.7 to minus 1.9, but remains below the 20-year average of minus 1.3, according to CBS.
Manufacturers were more optimistic about order positions and output, though some indicators stayed negative.
June 2024 output was 4.9 per cent lower YoY but rose 0.8 per cent from May.
