IMCD N.V. has signed an agreement to acquire the Blumos Group, a specialty chemicals distributor in Chile, Peru, and Argentina.
Established in 1945, Blumos serves the food, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets across Latin America.
The acquisition brings 160 employees to IMCD and strengthens its presence in the region.
Both companies see cultural and strategic alignment.
