Andritz has secured an engineering order from textile recycling innovator Circ for its first large-scale plant, which will recover cotton and polyester from blended textile waste.
The plant aims to process 200 tonnes of textile waste daily, recycling cotton for lyocell and polyester for reuse.
This collaboration will support Circ’s vision of a circular fashion industry.
