India’s Bihar government plans to transform the state into a textile and leather industry hub by cultivating a conducive environment through policy support and better infrastructure, a top government official said.
The aim is to generate employment on a large scale.
Officials from the state recently visited Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu to study the textile and leather sector and gain insights.
