Inflation in Bangladesh rose to 11.38 per cent in November, the highest in four months, due to stubbornly high food prices despite import tax cut for several essential items over three months.
In October, inflation was 10.87 per cent.
In November, inflation was 11.53 per cent in rural areas (compared to 11.26 per cent in October) and 11.37 per cent in urban areas (10.44 percent in October).
