Chemours and PCC Group announced plans for a state-of-the-art chlor-alkali facility at Chemours’ TiO₂ plant in DeLisle, Mississippi, operational by 2028.
The facility will produce up to 340,000 metric tons annually, enhancing supply reliability and lowering costs.
The project will create 1,200 construction jobs and skilled roles, reinforcing Chemours’ community commitment and PCC’s growth strategy.
