South Africa’s textiles imports rose 10.3 per cent YoY to 60,803.6 million rand ($3.17 billion) in Jan–Nov 2024, as per the South African Revenue Service. Exports increased by 2.6 per cent to 21,701.2 million rand ($1.13 billion).
In November 2024, imports fell 21.7 per cent from October, while exports rose 10.1 per cent, reflecting mixed trends in monthly trade performance.
