China to impose temporary ADD on POM import from US, Japan, Taiwan, EU

China recently decided to implement temporary anti-dumping duty (ADD) on imported polyformaldehyde (POM) copolymer originating in the US, the EU, Japan and Taiwan, beginning January 24, according to the country’s ministry of commerce.
Such imports are causing substantial damage to the related domestic industry.
POM is a substitute for metals in many industries.
