Seasonally-adjusted GDP remained stable in the euro area and rose by 0.1 per cent quarter on quarter (QoQ) in the EU in Q4 2024, a Eurostat flash estimate found.
The same rose by 0.9 per cent YoY in the euro area and by 1.1 per cent YoY in the EU in Q4 2024.
In Q3 2024, GDP had grown by 0.4 per cent QoQ in both areas.
It rose by 0.7 per cent in the euro area and by 0.8 per cent in the EU in 2024.
