I think we can all agree that these days it takes quite a lot of motivation to stop scrolling on your phone (personally attacking myself here) and to actually work out when you planned to. But just as I use a good outfit as a source of encouragement to make it out of bed on the regular, I’ve also decided that investing in cute workout wares might just give me the boost in confidence I need to get moving, and I’m starting with sports bras. Workout gear has certainly gotten more and more stylish as the years have gone on meaning you have tons to choose from, but while there may be a variety of good-looking bras on the market, it really all comes down to comfort.
