J.Jill, Inc has appointed Mary Ellen Coyne as CEO and president, effective May 1, 2025.
She will also join the board, succeeding Claire Spofford.
Coyne, former CEO of J.McLaughlin and executive at Ralph Lauren, brings extensive retail experience.
Chairman Michael Rahamim praised her leadership.
Coyne aims to enhance J.Jill’s growth and customer experience.
