eBay has announced CFO Steve Priest will depart, with Peggy Alford taking over from May 12.
Priest will stay on in an advisory role until July 31.
Alongside the CFO change, eBay is streamlining leadership to boost innovation and AI-driven growth.
Jordan Sweetnam becomes chief commercial officer, Mazen Rawashdeh is named CTO, and chief product officer Eddie Garcia will exit the company.
