During President Xi Jinping’s state visit to Vietnam recently, both sides agreed to build a more extensive and in-depth all-round cooperation pattern.
In a joint statement, the two sides said they will accelerate synergy between their development strategies, and implement the joint cooperation plan on synergising the Belt and Road Initiative and the Two Corridors and One Economic Circle strategy.
