Honeywell has agreed to acquire Johnson Matthey’s Catalyst Technologies business for £1.8 billion (~$2.43 bn), enhancing its Energy and Sustainability Solutions portfolio.
This acquisition will enable Honeywell to offer comprehensive solutions for lower emission fuels like SAF and blue hydrogen.
The deal is expected to close by 1H 2026, boosting Honeywell’s growth and synergies.
