National Fertilizers Ltd (NFL) will hold an 18 per cent stake in new JV AVFCCL to set up the Namrup IV ammonia-urea plant in Assam.
AVFCCL has authorised capital of ~$1.15 million and paid-up capital of ~$11,530.
NFL’s investment is ~$2,080.
The project aims for completion in 48 months and supports India’s fertiliser self-reliance goals.
