The Asian Development Bank has approved a $30 million loan to Fuse Financing Inc, GCash’s lending arm, to expand digital credit access for MSMEs in the Philippines.
The programme prioritises women-owned and rural enterprises through non-collateralised loans, digital finance tools, and literacy training, supporting inclusive growth and first-time borrowers.
