Anupam Rasayan will acquire US-based Jayhawk Fine Chemicals for ~$150 million (Enterprise Value ~$134 million).
Jayhawk posted ~$78 million revenue and ~$15 million EBITDA in CY24.
The deal expands Anupam’s US presence, polymer portfolio, and forward integration, offering strong synergies in customers, R&D and supply chain.
