Aramco, Sinopec, and Yasref have signed a Venture Framework Agreement to explore a major petrochemical expansion at Yasref in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
The plan includes a new steam cracker, and aromatics complex to boost output and value.
Announced during Yasref’s 10th anniversary, the move deepens Saudi-China energy ties and supports innovation.
