Bangladesh’s nearly decade-long effort to improve energy efficiency is paying off, with the country improving energy efficiency by 13.64 per cent in less than a decade—an annual gain of 1.52 per cent—slashing import bills by $3.3 billion, a report by a US-based non-profit said.
