Bangladesh’s RMG exports rose by 11.38 per cent to $12.811 billion in the first four months of fiscal 2024-25, driven by strong growth in knitwear and woven apparel.
Knitwear exports increased by 12.08 per cent, while woven garments rose by 10.48 per cent.
Home textiles grew modestly, and cotton product exports surged 20.39 per cent.
The new regime reversed last fiscal’s decline.
