BASF, Sinopec Tianranqi and BASF-YPC have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to scale biomethane use at the Nanjing Verbund site.
Sinopec Tianranqi will supply ISCC PLUS-certified biomethane, enabling lower-carbon production and supporting downstream decarbonisation.
The partners will also explore biomethane use at other BASF sites.
