Svante Technologies Inc has acquired Carbon Alpha Corporation and its CCS project subsidiaries, adding the North Star BECCS project in Saskatchewan to its portfolio.
The project, developed with Meadow Lake Tribal Council, will capture up to 140,000 tonnes of CO2 annually from a biomass facility, strengthening Svante’s integrated carbon capture and storage value chain.
