China retaliates with tariff on some US goods, adds PVH to blacklist

China has imposed a 15 per cent tariff on US coal and liquefied natural gas, along with a 10 per cent tariff on crude oil, agricultural machinery, and large-displacement vehicles, effective February 10, in response to US tariffs.
It also blacklisted PVH Corp., parent of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, over alleged Xinjiang cotton boycotts.
China condemned US tariffs as WTO violations.
