From January to July 2024, Cambodia imported knitted fabric worth $1,202.624 million from China, constituting over 84 per cent of its total imports in this category.
This reliance on Chinese fabric has grown significantly post-COVID.
In contrast, imports from Taiwan and Malaysia accounted for only 6 per cent and 2.96 per cent, respectively.
