Cosmo First and South Korea’s Filmax Corporation have formed a 50-50 joint venture to expand Cosmo’s specialty films, chemicals and packaging businesses in South Korea and take Filmax products global.
The JV will combine Cosmo’s technology and supply chain with Filmax’s strong market reach to drive innovation, growth and enhanced value for customers.
