If you’re anything like me, you’ve had Monday, May 1 circled in thick red pen for a while now. The annual Met Gala is back and bigger than ever and I’ll be here all night covering it from every angle. As we’ve already reported, the theme of this year’s Met exhibition is “Karl Lagerfeld: a Line of Beauty,” so I thoroughly expect to see plenty of Chanel and Chanel-inspired looks. The co-chairs of the evening are Roger Federer, Penélope Cruz, Dua Lipa, Michaela Coel, and Anna Wintour.

I specifically want to draw your attention to Dua Lipa, who stole the show wearing a Chanel Haute Couture F/W 1992 wedding dress originally worn on the runway by Claudia Schiffer.
