If it seems like Dua Lipa looks cool wearing anything, you’re certainly not wrong. She pulls off even the most controversial of trends with ease, including a certain shorts outfit that fashion people are embracing as of late.
While out shopping in London earlier this week, Dua Lipa paired an oversized leather jacket with a summer classic: cut-off denim shorts. The shoes we typically think to wear with those are sandals or sneakers, but even in the dead of summer, fashion people (and now Dua Lipa) have been pairing them with knee boots. Given that we’re deep in the midst of one of the most hot summers on record in many places and that knee boots are hardly breathable, I’d consider this to be quite a controversial pairing with knee boots. But if you choose to ignore that for the sake of fashion, you certainly won’t be alone.
