Fashion and apparel led India’s retail leasing in H2 2024 at 37 per cent, followed by entertainment (14 per cent) and homeware (13 per cent).
Tier-I cities saw 6.4 million sq ft leased in 2024, with 3.2 million sq ft absorbed in H2.
Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi-NCR accounted for 58 per cent of H2 absorption.
D2C contributed 7 per cent.
