Jonni Friman, EVP of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and a member of Suominen’s executive management team, will depart the company to pursue new opportunities.
As planned, the TMO will be dissolved, with its duties integrated across functions to support strategic continuity.
Suominen’s updated executive management team structure takes effect from August 1, 2025.
