Price-, seasonal- and calendar-adjusted production in the German industry in real terms was down by 1.9 per cent month on month (MoM) in June, provisional data show.
Industrial production, therefore, reached the lowest level since May 2020, when it decreased dramatically due to the pandemic.
It was down by 3.6 per cent year on year (YoY) in June 2025 after adjustment for calendar effects.
