Amann Group has restructured its Executive Board, appointing Markus Nicolaus as CEO from June 1 2025.
The new board includes Nicolaus, Christine Bauer (CCO), Ivo Herzog (CSIO), and Peter Morgalla (COO).
Former CFO and CSO have exited.
The move aims to drive international growth, innovation, and sustainability with a focus on strategic realignment.
