Germany’s manufacturing orders fell 1 per cent in June 2025 but rose 0.8 per cent year-on-year.
Excluding large orders, they were up 0.5 per cent.
Capital goods orders dropped 5.3 per cent, while consumer and intermediate goods rose 0.5 per cent and 6.1 per cent.
Foreign orders fell 3 per cent, domestic rose 2.2 per cent.
Despite weak orders, turnover rose 0.9 per cent.
