Between long weekends away and international summer vacations, my budget for clothing isn’t quite as flush as I’d like it to be, especially since I’ll need plenty of photo-worthy looks to accompany me on my adventures. Alas, that’s never stopped me from putting together plenty of outfits that, although not pricey at all, look extremely expensive. It’s a life hack I’ve acquired over my 26 years—one that I’m all too happy to share.

Ultimately, my best tip for looking rich on a tight budget is—drum roll, please—H&M. And this month’s new-arrivals section has looked especially lavish. From elevated LBDS and structured suiting to swimwear, the 35 pieces ahead appear to be worth upwards of $500, yet none cost more than $200. Don’t worry—I won’t tell if you won’t.

This dress is a one-way ticket to compliments.

For $32, I’ll take three.

From brunch to black-tie, this dress does it all.

A classic pick.

Your go-to tank top, elevated.

I’ve seen this exact same shirt from other brands for triple the price.

Yes, yes, 1000% yes.

An elevated alternative to denim shorts.

Red shoes are always a move.

The limit to how many of these you should buy does not exist.

I would have thought this stunning ribbed dress cost at least $100 more than it does.

The perfect summer blouse, found.  Shop the matching Eyelet Embroidery Skirt ($40).

Buttery.  Shop the matching Bikini Bottoms ($11).

Candy-colored miniskirts are all over my feed right now.

Cashmere for summer? Absolutely yes.

Bermuda shorts are it right now.

So this is love.

This entire look is going on my summer mood board.

I am absolutely purchasing this tote.

Thanks to Valentino, this shade of pink is everywhere.

Swoon.

Catch me wearing this to every fancy event this year.

Secure this trendy beach bag while you still can.

I’m completely obsessed.

Bandana print always.

Finally, a tee that looks nice.

This ribbed maillot is peak luxe for your next beach day.

An illusion-dress dream.

I will forever rally behind this chic print.

If you don’t buy these pants for summer, I will.

Every designer swimsuit looks just like this but costs way more.  Shop the matching Bikini Bottoms ($11).

You don’t need jewelry if your dress comes with pearls.

I’ve already thought up a dozen ways to style this easy, breezy top.

A timeless staple.

This color was all over the fall/winter 2022 runways.
