Henkel has agreed to acquire Swiss-based ATP Adhesive Systems from Arsenal Capital Partners to strengthen its Adhesive Technologies business.
ATP, a leader in water-based specialty tapes, has operations in Europe and North America, around 700 employees and expected 2025 sales of €270 million (~$316.29 million).
The deal supports Henkel’s growth and sustainability goals.
