I’m extremely proud of the fact I’ve resisted the urge to buy gift cards for my friends and family and instead am making an effort to pick more personal presents. (I know. I’m so nice.) This season, I’m starting the process of holiday gift shopping early enough to avoid running into a panicked gift-card purchase, and honestly, I think I’m killing it so far.

This year, I’m turning to Bloomingdale’s for all of my gift shopping, and I’ve picked up gifts for my stylish friends, my family members (who are also new homeowners), and a couple of little things for myself. You can check out the really fun gift guide that Bloomingdale’s created, but before you do that, browse some of the gifts I have in my cart right now.

Luxe hand wash is the foolproof and delicious-smelling gift that isn’t a candle. (But it’s still a little less personal than giving a fragrance.)

These cult-favorite, adjustable wrist or ankle weights will be a win with stylish fitness fans.

My brother and sister-in-law just bought their first home, and they’d be the first to tell you that the perfect gift is a starter pack for the kitchen.

A chic charging accessory is the perfect gift for anyone whose dining table is doubling as their office.

This elevated diffuser should put a smile on mom’s face.

Don’t @ me. I had to put just one candle set on here. If you’re going to do it, the fashion crowd will tell you that Diptyque is always the way to go.

The absolute coziest and easiest gift there ever was.

My fellow editor bought an Ember mug for her fiancé earlier this year, and she promises it was a hit.

My beauty-obsessed friends all swear by this, so I’m buying it for myself this year.

The perfect stocking stuffer or addition to a host gift basket.

For your friend who likes to incorporate statement prints into their wardrobe, consider this cute checkered tea kettle for their kitchen.

For anyone committed to a stylish home, this is the perfect investment piece.

My husband is a big pizza fan, so this really cool pizza oven is the dream addition to our outdoor space.

This is the ideal gift for my best friend who loves to plan parties. Now she can write it all down before she puts it on a spreadsheet.

Sorry, but these are for me.
