It seems like my friends and I are all on the same page right now: Our shopping budgets are just a tad smaller than usual. Whether we put all of our money into a deposit for a new apartment (guilty), are still hurting from December’s holiday shopping frenzy, or found ourselves with a few too many parking tickets, we’re feeling like it’s time to pinch our pennies just a bit.
