When my fiancé and I first started dating, we both took love-language tests to better understand each other. And while I found I related to just about every love language, my strongest one was most definitely “gifts.” Whether I’m shopping for my fiancé, a friend, a family member, or a co-worker, I will spend hours upon hours searching for the perfect gift to make them feel special. So as you can imagine, the holidays are my favorite time of year, and with December fast approaching, I’ve already begun to browse the goodies available online.
I have a few go-tos when it comes to gift shopping, but there’s one classic store that I’ve been turning to since I was young: Old Navy. When I was a kid, my mom would always take me shopping there to find presents for my family, and to this day, I still rely on the retailer for everything from slippers and scarves to leggings and sweaters. And the best part? You won’t break the bank on any of these cute and affordable gift ideas. Keep scrolling to spy what I’m already shopping from Old Navy to prepare for my favorite time of the year.
Knits are basically all I wear during the winter months, and I know I’m not the only one. Old Navy’s sweaters will truly make the perfect gifts for the fashion lovers in your life. (Let’s take a moment for these cardigans, bold hues, and the overall après-ski vibe.)
Slippers, scarves, snowflake socks, beanies—all extremely cute, all guaranteed to be a hit during the holidays. I mean, who doesn’t want a cozy accessory to wear during the cold months. And a gift that’s bright and fuzzy? There’s truly nothing better.
Fun fact about me: I love the fleece selection at Old Navy. It’s not only extremely (and I mean extremely) soft, but it’s super cute. I’ll be wrapping a few of these up to give to my walking crew for our chilly morning strolls. And of course, I’ll be gifting a few to myself.
I may not love to work out, but if I’m wearing a cute getup, then I’m definitely more inclined to exercise. The activewear selection at Old Navy is perfect for workouts, coffee runs, and watching cheesy holiday movies while lounging about.
It’s just not the holidays without a pair of Old Navy’s Jingle Jammies. (Who’s with me?) My roommates and I always used to get matching pajamas at the beginning of the holiday season, and even though I don’t live with them anymore, I’m not letting that tradition die. I might even have to get my fiancé a pair…
