My personal belief when it comes to boots: one can never have too many. Needless to say, as soon I get wind of a new style suddenly showing up everywhere, I want to be the first to know about it. Which conveniently leads into the trend we’re discussing today: slouchy boots.  Admittedly the slouchy boot already had a bit of a shining moment a few years ago, thanks in part to Anthony Vaccarello’s Parisian sleek A/W 17′ Saint Laurent collection. Featuring hyperbolically slouchy patent leather boots styled with flashy mini dresses, that runway show alone was properly responsible for 90% of slouchy boot sales in 2018. Since then the silhouette has quietly faded into the background, with others rising in its place—cue the Bottega Veneta puddle boots and extreme platforms—but my editor intuition is telling me the trend is due for another comeback this year.  Now that slouchy boots are gaining some momentum, it’s only natural to look for the best pairs out there. Whether you’re new to the slouchy boot wave, or just need an excuse to add more boots to your collection (FYI we’re not judging), I perused every corner of the internet to bring you the ones worth buying now. From under $100 to over $1000, go ahead and take your pick.

These are on huge sale, and that really is all there needs to be said.

It’s rare to find boots that retail for less than $100, so consider this a miracle.

Wear them tall just below the knee, or let them slouch for a relaxed vibe.

This print though.

Experienced city people know, a block heel is how you make it through the day without resorting to sneakers.

For $30, I’d buy two pairs.

Where else can you find purple boots? I’ll wait…

Probably the least expensive, expensive-looking boots I’ve ever encountered.

Perfect for a night out.

Reviewers swear by these.

It’s like all of 2022’s coolest trends rolled into one.

So sleek.

If your wardrobe is mainly comprised of basics, adding a pair of statement boots wouldn’t be a bad thing.

Imagine these with a floral midi dress.

These are selling out quick.

White boots are underrated, but they can easily work with so many outfits.

Big Isabel Marant vibes.

I think it’s impossible not to feel like the hottest thing walking in these.

A pair you’ll have season after season.

Few brands come close to the quality of Manolo Blahnik.

I’m very much into the Parisian chic edge.

Now I know exactly what to do with 2,190 of my dollars (and I’m sure you do, too).

Style them with light wash denim jeans and a simple white t-shirt.

Currenlty drooling.

Commuters will love this foot-friendly pair.
