IMCD has signed an agreement to acquire Ferrer Alimentación and Medir Ferrer, leading Iberian distributors of food and beverage ingredients.
Founded in 1955, Ferrer reported ~€112 million (~$127.64 million) in 2024 revenue and employs 37 people.
The deal strengthens IMCD’s presence in Iberia and is expected to close in June 2025, pending customary conditions.
