India’s industrial and warehousing leasing witnessed 17 per cent YoY growth during the first nine months in 2024 across the top five Indian cities, a report by Colliers revealed.
About 20.2 msf space was leased during the period in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Chennai.
The rise of quick commerce players is likely to catalyse demand for bigger hub-warehouses across major urban centres.
