Large-scale and mini logistics parks can now be set up in Kerala with basic infrastructure components like cargo handling, inter-modal transfer facilities and internal road networks, as the Indian state’s cabinet recently approved its Logistics Park Policy.
Stamp duty and registration fees will be exempted while acquiring land for such parks and leasing.
