India’s NITI Aayog is working with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and National Highways Logistics Management Limited to revise the model concession agreement (MCA) for multi-modal logistics parks to strengthen the concession framework for the project’s effective implementation.
The MCA is undergoing deliberations to enhance biddability, viability and bankability of such projects.
