India’s textile and apparel exports continued to show growth in the first eight months of FY25, rising by 6.93 per cent to $23.331 billion.
Notably, apparel exports surged by 9.81 per cent.
However, overall export growth slightly slowed in November 2024 compared to the previous month.
India likely benefitted from orders redirected from Bangladesh, boosting its share in global markets.
