India’s Telangana state is working on developing a dry port in its northern corridor in a public-private partnership mode.
The aim is to augment its logistics infrastructure to back industrial development and boost exports.
Feasibility studies are under way to consider setting up additional dry ports.
Exports from the state are routed now through ports in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
